The working of the Company are managed under overall control, supervision and guidance of the Board of Directors. Supporting the Board is a team that is a synergy of the enthusiasm of youth and the wisdom of experience.

Shyam Sunder Mukhija - Chairman
He is the real driving force behind. A Civil Engineer by profession, Shri Shyam Sunder Mukhija has had a dynamic and successful career in business. He promoted “Nutech Refractories Pvt. Ltd.” in 1980 and has been long in the dealership business with “Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.”. Besides that he initiated Film Exhibition & Film Distribution business. In 1984 he ventured into the Textile business and made it a success. Through his leadership, foresight and business acumen he has made all these profit making concerns.

Rajeev Mukhija – Managing Director
A Commerce Graduate, an energetic and dynamic person with leadership qualities and strong social and communication skills, enjoys facing challenges and looks forward to new life experiences. He is Managing Director of the Company with many years of experience in textile business. He looks after over all management of the Company.

Apart from the Board of Directors , the Company also has an efficient team of staff having good knowledge and long experience in their respective field of work.
